I am an RTI teacher for grades 6 and 8.   What kind of information are you 
looking for? We have state scores on our students and we also give a 
computerized test to the whole school which is called a MAP test. I will also do an oral 
assessment on my students, a multiple choice one, and also ask them to 
complete a reading straegy survey.
