[MOSAIC] Keene's Major Point Interview for Readers

Hi, I am working with several elementary buildings on reading  
comprehension strategies and just pulled the "Teaching Comprehension  
Strategies for the Long Hall" by E. Keene off the Mosaic listserv  
tools. This document talks about using the gradual release of  
responsibility model and mentions the "Major Point Interview for  
Readers". Where can I obtain that interview, does anyone know?
