That's very interesting.  Earlier this year we were reading an article
that had B.C. dates noted in it.  I was explaining that it meant Before
Christ was born and I had a student ask who Christ was.  This was a
student that celebrates Christmas!  I couldn't even answer her.  I just
sat dumbfounded.  Another student had to answer her.
