I purchased one copy of each level for my grade on amazon - used.  I  
photocopy for my students a passage each week.  The passages are
interesting and the 
kids are reading it each night for homework and timed by me  on Friday.
So 
far they seem to enjoy doing it.  If I had to purchase  the entire
program I 
would not have been able to afford it.  I also found a  teacher's guide
on 
amazon so I have that as well though you really don't need  it.
