[MOSAIC] Question for the group

I agree with you Rosie. Our pay is not an extrinsic reward at all,  
but earnings that we need on which to live and pay our bills! The  
average student doesn't have to think about making ends meet. Most  
teachers enter the profession because we love to teach!
