I believe what we do at our school is probably considered inclusion but
wanted to share what we are doing.

Our literacy facilitator comes in each day into my lowest reading block.
Some days she watches as I do group mini-lessons, jumping in and offering
different perspectives and alternate explanations and during my planning
time, we talk about what I did, what worked, and what I could change.
Other times, she does the group mini-lesson and I watch and during
planning time we talk about what I learned and could use in the future.
We also plan together and plan what small groups she will take after the
mini-lesson. She pulls the necessary resources that will be needed each
day.

I know that in other classes, she is strictly inclusion but I feel in my
room, she is an integral part of my instruction delivery, planning, and
small group intervention.

I don't know if this helps in any way but it is what we are doing in my
room and I can tell the biggest difference!
