Another great book to use with adults at a workshop is called MicroFiction: 
An Anthology of Really Short Stories edited and introduced by Jerome Stern.  I 
got my copy on Amazon after hearing about it from Ginger.  I especially like 
using the one called "Wrong Channel."  Good luck with your workshop.
