[MOSAIC] Comprehension Toolkit Is it worth the money?

After looking over the information about The Comprehension Toolkit, I approached my principal about purchasing it.  He wants to be assured it is worth the money.  Those of you using it, what can I tell him?  From the sample lessons it looks like just what I need to help me.  Suggestions?  Do you use it a lot?  Is it as good as it looks?
