[MOSAIC] Help with reading cluster time!

Hi
I am teachiing reading to 23 students for 90 min a day. We trade students
across the grade level and put them into groups of likened reading levels.
I don't likethis but I have no choice. I have the group that reads from a
1.2 to a 2.1 level. I do spelling and writing with them too.  How would
you suggest I break down my time? I do pull in small groups for guided
reading.  What sorts of things would be best for me to use so I can help
them boost their skills?
