Please, Please, Please - do NOT send requests for documents like this to the
entire listserv. Resist the immediate "Me Too" temptation! 

Professional listserv etiquette is to CONTACT THE PERSON and not the entire
list. We've probably sent out at least 5000 "Me too" messages on this thread
(yikes!).

The person with the file will contact Ginger (read.think at sbcglobal.net) and
then Ginger will work to put it on the Mosaic site.
