[MOSAIC] Lesson Ideas 1st Grade Chapter Books (Silvana Frasier)

This is not a website, but a book I read in a graduate course called Reading 
with Meaning by Debbie Miller.  It is full of ideas on how to teach inferring, 
making connections, schema, creating mental images, and implementing book 
clubs in the primary grades.  She also gives "Tried and True Texts" for each 
topic.  I learned a lot and got a lot of good ideas from this book.
