[MOSAIC] (Mosaic) textmapping

I have seen Dave Middlebrook's entries here on several occasions and I
have visited the website. Is there a book that I can get to refer to as
I am going through the process ?

Hi Linda,
I teach 4th grade and did textmapping last year and the students and I
both 
loved it.  You'll be amazed at how you'll "see" the text in a whole new
way.
