[MOSAIC] authentic texts for struggling readers/anyone for comprehension strategy instruction

Now for another text request.
I am searching for material that has compare/contrast and or cause
effect texts that would be for a high performing junior high. We do
not have a specific basal, but find a need for these materials to
teach the skills. Any non fiction suggestions?
