[MOSAIC] Book study with RWM and STW

Happy Sunday Morning Everyone!

One of the schools that I am a Literacy Coach at is starting a book study on 
Stratgies That Work (Junior/Intermediate) and Reading with Meaning 
(Primary).  It is a very small school and I would like to do these book 
study meetings together, I am hoping that someone out there in cyberland has 
done something like this.  What I am looking for is some discussion 
questions that I could use with both books at the same time.

I would also apprecaite if anyone has any discussion questions for both 
books individually.
