[MOSAIC] ELA time being cut at my school

Barbara--
In my Florida district every middle school student takes reading and 
there is a full credit graduation requirement at the high school 
level.Those high school students who score at level 1 or 3 on FCAT must 
be scheduled in a 90 minute intensive reading class all the way through 
the 12th grade. As far as I know, that is a state requirement.
