[MOSAIC] Any Helpful Strategies for an Inclusion English Class?

Hello,

I'm a high school English teacher at an urban school in Syracuse, NY.  I have been teaching and currently teach two sections of inclusion.  Any helpful strategies out there to help my inclusion kids with their reading and writing skills?   I've been teaching in an inclusive setting for four years now and am starting to get a little burt out.  All strategies, suggestions, etc. are welcome.
