[MOSAIC] Achievement test results

At the most recent Atlanta seminar, Ellin, you mentioned a source that 
publishes test results from teaching reading strategically.  Could you 
refresh my memory?  Our administrators are very interested in moving 
into a more strategic approach, but want some proof that it actually 
helps (testwise) students.  They don't questions the fact that it 
enriches their reading experiences.

By the way, Ginger Weinsec is coming to our school for our fall 
in-service.  I told her that you had praised her and that you had 
strongly suggested that she have the chance to demonstrate with 
children.
