It was so easy!...Go to https://www.blogger.com/start.  It will give you step by step instructions.  It is only 3 steps and you are ready to go.  Once you are set up, go to settings and decide what you want.  It is a good thing to be able to read comments added to your post before you allow them to be published which is one of the choices on your settings.  The you can post immediately.  The template page lets you add in pictures, websites, etc.  From there on you can just play a little to get to know what it is like.  Anything you mess up you can undue so that makes it easier.  Let me know if you have any questions.  If someone else hadn't told me how easy it was I never would have done it.  You can look at my blog if you would like.
