Thanks everyone for your thoughts. I am getting the sense that it is a 
balance and as always will depend on the individual needs of the student. 
This will be my first year as Title I teacher.  I would love to hear from 
classroom teachers about what title teachers can do to most help struggling 
students in the classroom.
