[MOSAIC] MOT2 - URL for archived messages

I've gotten a couple requests for this in the last few days. The MOT2 Chat
is still going strong with lots of excellent reflections and ideas from the
educators on the list.

The archive is located at:

The URL for subscribing to the list is: http://snipr.com/MOT2Chat. I think
there's a week or two left for this chat.

I'll work with Ginger to get a link to the MOT2 archive posted on the Mosaic
website homepage.
