Hi Tim,

I have been reading your many thoughts on fluency and just received a Crystal Springs order catalogue.  I saw your resource on Increasing Fluency with High Frequency Word Phrases.  I just wondered what the levels meant - does it mean grade level?  I teach third grade and wondered which one would be appropriate and if the CD is something the students use or just the teacher?  We have computer workstations and I wondered if it is something that would work there?
