[MOSAIC] Strategies for Reading Comprehension

Hello One and All,
 
I'm new to "Mosaic," but very interested in strategies that  will help me aid 
students with reading comprehension and other "focus"  points.  
 
As a graduate student, student teacher and substitute  teacher, I'm zeroing 
in on strategies and techniques that work well with grades  pre-K-5: Any 
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
