Hi,
I am currently a first grade teacher and I am enrolled in a class that teaches integrating technology into the classroom.  Thus far I have used some of the techniques learned and have found that the children enjoy it immensely since they love using a computer.  I am interested in setting up a system whereby we will use a blog to have class discussions.  I think my first graders are up to the task.  I was wondering if anyone has used this with first grade and if you can tell me some of the pros and cons.  I think my children would love doing this.  Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
