[MOSAIC] OT Maternity Leave questions

I thought maternity had to be treated as any other illness--would a person
with a broken leg face these restrictions?

Nope.  Our district allows you to come back at any time.  And by the way,
Daddies get the same options Mommies do. Contact your union rep.
