[MOSAIC] DRA, accuracy, comprehension and fluency to arrive at a reading level....

What are the Hasbrouck and Tindal's Fluency norms for each grade level? 
Rasinski has provided norms and Wixon and Lipson have as well  so I wondered 
if they were similar....
