I don't know about websites, but the Ruth Culham's Using Picture Books to Teach Writing has great suggestions and synopses.

Just  wondering if anyone has any suggestions on websites that might have   
lists of mentor texts to use as models for teaching forms of writing....  
kind of  
like using "Dear Peter Rabbit" to teach letter  writing.
