[MOSAIC] reading workshop

I am looking for a good powerpoint or journal article?on reading and literacy workshop structures.? The teachers in our building have read Mosaic, Harvey Daniels, Fountas and Pinnell, and Laura Robb...but we are still struggling with envisioning what a literacy workshop looks like in a 6-7 building.?? My principal suggested?I plan a?"workshop" where?teachers learn about?"workshops."?
