[MOSAIC] Literature Circles

I find that minilessons focus on variety of areas when we are in book  
clubs/literature circles:
1.  logistics
2.  how book club members have good talk about their book
3. genre-specific lessons
4. strategy lessons
 
Any thoughts on this?  How do you design minilessons?
