Julie,
I’m glad you’re interested!  I conducted this lesson in a private school that had a plethora of technology options.  The palm pilots already contained “Sketchy.”  However, if your school owns palm pilots, you can download the “Sketchy” program onto them for free.  This website should work to do so: http://www.tribeam.com/educator.html (it’s under the header “Social Studies”).
