[MOSAIC] URL for ALL chants now available

Deb graciously sent me the chant collection and these are now available on
the Mosaic website at http://www.readinglady.com/mosaic/tools/tools.htm#7 in
Word or PDF format under the title "Classroom Monthly Chants".

These docs include the ENTIRE chant collection. There is not a July chant so
those of you teaching year-around or summer school might work with your
students to come up with one we can add.
