I have this book as well and LOVE it!  It is very teacher friendly and easy to use.  It goes along perfectly with the reading strategies.  There are multiple lessons for each strategy!  If you don't have it yet you have to get your hands on a copy!

Guided Reading:  Any Text Any Level  By Burke and Hartzold is new and
awesome.  My teacher's K-4 are using it and loving the easy to use lessons
and graphic organizers.  A must have!!
