Jennifer,
Let me first congratulate you on jumping in to the lesson study process and thank you for your willingness to share the process with all of us! I agree--it is powerful professional development, often putting teacher reflection into hyper-gear. It will affect all of your lessons--not only the one you are working upon now.

I am so excited that the list was able to provide some ideas! It is like macro-micro lesson study!
