Sandi,
Thanks for this comprehensive explanation of how/why
your district chose this assessment.  I have a MAJOR
problem with our Rigby benchmark kit, and your post
really helped point me in the right direction.  I took
a look at the samples online, and I see what you mean
about the comprehension portion...it looks good...much
better than any others I've seen.
