[MOSAIC] Sundance Comprehension Strategies Kit

I saw the Sundance Comprehension Strategies Kit at the NCASCD conference last month.  The materials looked great.  Since we are having a major reduction in Title I  funds next year, I knew that there was no use in spending too much time with the materials.
