Margaret,
  I teach at a charter school and am not familiar with training given by the county. It's sad, but unfortunately, charter schools are frequently left out of the loop when it comes to changes and their implementation. I wish NCDPI would do something so that information and needed training would get to teachers, or that there was a way that charter school teachers could attend county training (maybe at a nominal cost?)
