[MOSAIC] MAP assessment

When I worked in West Allis, we used MAP at grades 6-8, testing in Sept.,
Jan., and May (it is still used in the district.) The information is quite
useful, especially because for each student you can run a print out of all
the skills they have mastered and the skills they should be working on.
