Whispers Of The Night…

Thus night is full of mystery and despair;
Even when the moon shines brightest, secrets hide.

I see the light to eternity;
But I don’t know the way to.

As I take a step forward the past fills images in my head;
I try to drowned them out, but I can’t seem to.

But as I get closer to the light I see your face;
I call out your name but it doesn’t seem to feel that you can hear.

I scream louder and louder;
I run faster and faster to get to you.

You hear me now;
I touch your soft face and the raging thoughts disappear.

The past;
finally breaks.

You hold me in your arms;
Secured now.

As the sun rises;
And its rays cast so many shadows that the day creates;
More illusions, more pain.

Than all the veiled truth of the night.

The night still whispers my name;
Calling.

A strong cord binds me to the dark side of the world:
And then shields me from the light.

But then I call out your name;
And the whispers and illusions of the night disappear.

The darkness falls;
Light shines through the storms clouds.

I feel the warmth of the sun;
Your touch awakens me from the nightmares.

I thank God that you are my light;

Like walking into a dream, so unlike what you’ve seen

Fallen into this place, just giving you a small taste

Such a surreal place to see so how did this come to be
Arrived too early

High School

There are so many rooms in this school. I don’t know which one to choose. I look at my schedule and I don’t know what to do. I go to the office to check things out. Then the principal tells me to get out. So here I am wandering the halls. I don’t know what to do so I stall. I hear the bell ring after a while. I’ll go back down to the office to see if they’ll help. This time they helped me and I got to my next class on time.
