Flowers

Monday, June 2nd, 2008

Flowers oh how beautiful.
Growing from seeds,
what a lovely thing.
Flowers on a gravestone,
who would’ve thought for someone dead.
One thing we know is that,
people cared about them.
Flowers oh how beautiful.
Swaying in the wind.
Looking so stunning, like always.

The bird, a graceful and majestic creature
Flying through the glistening morning sky
Flying endlessly
Symbolizing internal life
Everlasting, never-ending
Bird
A graceful and majestic creature
Soaring through the unforgiving night sky
The bird internal life to spare
A graceful and majestic creature

Snake in Mouth Symbolism

Thursday, May 22nd, 2008

The snake; in its mouth, its tail
appears on a headstone ordered by mail
signifies an eternal life in heaven
put above the body at eleven
significant grief from the friends
does not cease as life ends
found on the headstones of the deceased
in hopes for their spirit’s forever peace

The Guide to Heaven

Sunday, May 18th, 2008

The rising sun
A perfect sphere full of souls
Making their way to the high heavens
To live in eternal peace.
The hot golden globe
Bringing comfort and warmth
To those who mourn the loss of others
Showing them that their departed
Loved ones are watching over them
Because of the guide to heaven.

soccer830
As beautiful as a butterfly,
But couldn’t live long,
A short life was lived,
A sweet song was sung.
To heaven she went,
The butterfly got weak,
For he took his last breath,
Of his life so sweet.

Tuesday, May 13th, 2008

Cherub, beautiful and graceful.
Here comes the angel, down to
Earth.
The angelic angel, with her sweet
touch gently cradles the child.
She takes them up to heaven,
For an eternal sleep.

As did the person-
The symbol represents the life of a fulfilled, peaceful, and […]

Poppy

Monday, May 12th, 2008

A poppy,
a lone flower,
wisping in the wind.
A deceased soul,
falling,
falling into a deep sleep,
an eternal sleep,
forever.

Transcendence

Monday, May 12th, 2008

The crossed swords
They clash together
They clang with
Their military righteousness.
Suddenly,
The high ranking fighters see
The err of their ways.
The swords are smelted.
Become Glory
Of life after death;
The Crown.
